[need a hint?]

Black is ahead an exchange (rook for a bishop) plus a
pawn. In addition, his rooks appear quite menacing, aiming at
the 2nd rank, and White's queen is en prise. However, it is also
White's turn to move!
White could try swapping off the queens: 1.Qxc6 R6d2+
and now White has three different moves, but all lead to a
mate-in-three, of White!:
2.Ke3 Ng2+ 3.Kf3 Rf1#
2.Kf3 Rf1+ 3.Ke3 Rd3#
2.Re2 Rxe2+ 3.Kf3 Rf1#
1.Re3+ Kxh2
Of course Black can last one move longer by first
surrendering the queen with 1...Qf3+, but - why bother?
2.Bxf4+ Kh1 3.Rh3#
